Hello! Tucson, AZ

This is my sister Carol, she lives in Tucson, AZ. Or at least she did the last time I talked to her. Over the years she's had some rough breaks, made some wrong turns taking her down some dark roads. But a couple of years ago she started turning that all around and was starting to get her head above water where she could breath again. I think all the oxygen might have been making her a little light headed. Then a few months ago in the midst of a new stressful job, the lady she was working for blew smoke in her face. I won't go into the details but sis couldn't remain at the job under the circumstances. I'm not real sure what all happened after that because her phone wasn't working right and she's never been the best about keeping touch. The apartment she was staying in was connected to the job, Mom says the letter she sent there was returned. I'm really missing her and with the holidays here... Well, saying that, I have a request:

Do you live in Tucson? Do you know anyone that lives in Tucson? Could you take a look around, send out links to my post to locate her, and let her know her family loves her and really want to hear from her. I know it's a big city, but it's amazing how small the world is, six degrees of separation and all.

Thank You!

Oh, I SO hope this works for you. The blogosphere is smaller than you think, so you never know.

Oh my gosh. I'm sending out the positive waves. Like Momo, I think you'll find the world is very small. Keep us posted.

Thanks everybody! I've been to the big city (Wichita) today, just getting home. I would appreciate if you'd all maybe put a little ditty on your blog for your friends to send out "flyers" in the same manner. Just have them come read the request and take a look at her sweet face. Maybe somebody will be connected with a Tucson blog group and get it passed around there. I really thank all of you for caring.

Moonshadow, what a nice post - hope you are able to find and reconnect with your sister.

Have you considered running an ad in the Tuscon newspaper. Maybe something that reads "Carol - phone home".

Got the problem fixed, it was a known issue at blogspot, and they had posted a fix. You were right -the R was part of it, and another part was the folder code not matching.

The ad could read (just like the sign beside her photo): It doesn't matter where you go in life... What you do... or, How much you have, It's who you have beside you! Carol, You are loved, and missed, please call your Sis in Ks.

Moonshadow, just coming from Peters blog, I am so sorry to hear about your missing sister. I will keep you in mind and keep this link in case something comes across. I will soon be re-decorating my blog for Xmas, so I will try to add link to this post for everyone to see it. Hope it helps, I will keep you inform. Anna :) BTW nice blog and I will visit later to explore.

Sorry I'm so late in responding to everyone's wonderful input.

maija - Thank You! I'm still hoping a connection will be made, she's a fairly social person, so somebody has to have seen her.

Wendy - as far as I know, she doesn't read any newspapers, I don't know if she even watches TV. The Arts are what interest her the most.
Glad you were able to figure out what was going on with the pictures and thanks for posting the fix. It looks like this is what blogger is doing with ALL the pictures. I've had to change the html on everyone I've uploaded since your posting on it.

Anna - any friend of Peter's is a friend of mine! Thanks for stopping by and offering to help. I took a look at your photo blog and go back over to check out both of them more later. Very interesting blog what I looked at so far.

Moonshadow thank you for your kind comments. I have finally got my act together for Xmas - decor. In addition I added column top right under green santa picture called Time to Give and posted link to your post about your sister. I am not sure if I will be of any help since I don't have much traffic, but any bit can always help.
