2nd Home Game

It was a hot and windy day for a game, but the boys didn't seem phased by it...
Playing in the outfield sometimes leads to playing in the dirt...
Here he is up to bat with the brand new bat his dad got him after his previous game in Kingman. His dad actually had the day off and was able to go cheer him on. I usually don't attend the away games, but I have the video that I have yet to watch.
Strike one... Here's Strike two, I'll have to show him this shot, can you see the ball?
A chat with the coach before heading back outfield...
...and some more moving dirt around.
Game over and they didn't win but they showed definite improvement.
Keep practicing guys, you'll get the hang of it. More importantly, HAVE FUN!

I forgot to mention in my post that the game was on Wednesday.

Anita - I didn't see the ball at first either, it kind of blends in with the blur that is the fence in the forground.

Hi Moonshadow, I'm out and about (on the web) tonight, and wanted to stop by and say "Hi".

Hi, Wendy! Thanks for stopping by! I'm sorry I haven't posted a comment on your blog lately, I've just been exhausted by the time I get around to blogging it's difficult to think of what to say. But I DO look in on you daily to see what's happening in Wichita!
