K-Monster had another game on the 11th but it was drizzling and I didn't want to take my camera out into the moisture. I did take my old camcorder, but I haven't edited the video down short enough for my blog. September 18th was his 3rd game. I didn't get pictures of the bleachers (I don't know why not) but my folks even drove out to watch. By the end of the game there was a bit of a chill and they were bundling in blankets. I thought this was a good shot. We're in red. Number 5, about to get squashed, is my next door neighbor.
That's the K-Monster, #31...
The boys really tried to stop him...
...but he just seemed out of reach...
...see the helmet on the ground in the lower left corner...
...and they didn't give up...
...but he was just too fast.
#72 was listed as being 196lbs. and it took K-Monster and another to just slow him down.
A pass off to #5...
and then he's down.
Here's another down and stretching for distance.
This one looks like a bit of Do-See-Do. LOL
There were some really pretty pink and purple skies that night.
The game was another learning experience, they lost 6 to 46.
